We may collect customer identity and contact information, business information, addresses, website/social links, project requirements, service selections, delivery choices, legal acceptance records, order/payment status and communications necessary to provide the purchased service.
Payment card information is entered into Stripe-hosted checkout and is not intended to be stored by Local Media Express. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status and related order information from Stripe.
Information is used to process orders, provide and revise deliverables, communicate with customers, maintain transaction and acceptance records, prevent abuse, operate and secure the service, and meet legal/accounting obligations.
Information may be processed through service providers required to operate the business, including AWS and Stripe, and other providers introduced for specific approved functions. Their processing is subject to their respective policies and contractual terms.
Local Media Express intends to collect only information reasonably needed for operations and fulfillment. Production AWS infrastructure will use access controls, encryption where appropriate, secure secrets storage, HTTPS and other reasonable safeguards.
Order, transaction and legal-acceptance records may be retained for business, tax, accounting, dispute and legal purposes. Unnecessary information should not be retained longer than reasonably required.
The initial site will minimize nonessential tracking. Any production analytics, cookies or advertising technologies added later should be reflected in this policy and implemented with applicable consent requirements.
By placing an order, customers consent to transactional electronic communications relating to the order, payment, production, revisions and delivery.
